We are seeking an experienced Expert Headhunter to manage local hiring for both the IT and Business industries in India. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality candidates across a wide range of technical and business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in both sectors, along with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in both IT and business roles.Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and business sectors. A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles within these industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT and business landscapes, including common job roles, skills, and hiring trends. Familiarity with both technical and non-technical recruitment processes.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their hiring needs and providing solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening Expertise: Experience sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles, from technical IT positions to business leadership and operational roles.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to align candidate expectations with client needs. Ability to manage salary discussions and other offer-related conversations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and social media recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri). Knowledge of recruitment tools specific to IT and business roles.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels of an organization.
- Target-Driven: Strong ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, especially when faced with challenging or niche hiring requirements across both industries.
