On-site Lahore We are looking for a Data Scraping & Lead Generation Specialist to power our sales pipeline by extracting, cleaning, and enriching high-quality lead data from multiple platforms. This role is the backbone of our outbound sales efforts — ensuring that the sales team has verified, ICP-aligned contacts for outreach campaigns.
Job Brief
Scrape lead data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Crunchbase, and company websites. Use scraping tools and automation ( Instantly, etc.) to build lead lists. Clean and refine raw data into structured, ICP-aligned datasets (industry, region, decision-maker, revenue, etc.). Enrich leads with missing attributes (email verification, technographics, firmographics). Maintain data accuracy inside CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Deliver weekly refined datasets for outreach, with clear KPIs on accuracy and bounce reduction. Continuously experiment with scraping tools and methods to improve speed, accuracy, and coverage.Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data scraping, lead generation, or sales support.
- Proficiency with scraping tools (Instantly etc.) and databases (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for cleaning and structuring large datasets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Knowledge of automation tools/APIs and data compliance (GDPR/PDPL).
