Job Brief

Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing calls weekly with qualified leads. Own the full sales cycle —from initial outreach and demo to negotiation and closing. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders via phone, video, and email. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly call and revenue targets. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product positioning, messaging, and sales.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or account executive experience, ideally in a high-call-volume environment
  • Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals remotely (via phone or video calls)
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and deals simultaneously
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or services industries
  • Background in cold calling or outbound-heavy sales roles
  • Familiarity with sales call coaching platforms
