This pivotal role will be responsible for strategising, planning, and optimising digital advertising campaigns powered by advanced AI and machine learning technologies. You will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and effective ad execution, driving performance and delivering superior ROI for our clients.

Job Brief

AI-Driven Strategy Development: Design and implement advertising strategies leveraging AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, bid optimisation, and content generation. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), ensuring alignment with client objectives and AI model outputs. Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance using AI-generated insights, A/B testing, and data-driven adjustments to maximize KPIs. AI Tool Integration: Work closely with our AI development team to integrate new AI models and features into advertising workflows, providing feedback for tool enhancement. Market & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest AI advancements in advertising, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, interpret complex AI-driven data, and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients. Audience Intelligence: Utilize AI for deep audience analysis, identifying trends, behaviours, and preferences to inform precise targeting strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital advertising campaign management with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics in an advertising context.
  • Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) for ad copy generation or analysis.
  • Certifications in relevant AI/ML or advertising platforms.
