We are seeking an visionary and highly experienced AI Art Director to lead the artistic and creative direction within our burgeoning AI Studio. This pivotal role will define the visual language and aesthetic quality of all AI-generated content, pushing creative boundaries while leveraging the latest advancements in generative AI technologies. You will bridge sophisticated artistic vision with technical prompt engineering, guiding our team to produce groundbreaking visual experiences.
Job Brief
Strategic Creative Direction: Establish and maintain the overall visual aesthetic and artistic direction for all AI-generated art and designs produced by the studio, ensuring brand alignment and cutting-edge quality. Advanced Prompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and implement sophisticated prompt strategies and techniques for AI image generation using leading platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and other emerging generative AI tools. Innovation & Research: continuously research and experiment with new AI art models, techniques, and software, identifying opportunities to integrate novel approaches into our creative workflows and outputs. Workflow Optimisation: Design and implement efficient end-to-end workflows for AI art creation, iteration, and integration into various projects and client deliverables. Quality assurance & Brand Consistency: Oversee the visual quality, consistency, and brand integrity of all AI-generated assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards for aesthetics and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, content, and other creative teams to understand visual needs, translate concepts into AI-driven art, and deliver compelling visuals for campaigns and products. Trend & Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest AI art trends, digital art movements, and technological advancements within the AI and creative industries.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Art Direction, Digital Arts, or a related creative field.
- Required Experience : 2 Years (Recent portfolio is more important than total years of experience.)
- Demonstrable expertise and a robust portfolio in AI art generation, with significant hands-on experience using tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, color theory, typography, and digital imaging techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex visual concepts and AI capabilities to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and brand requirements into concrete, actionable AI prompts and visual outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the intersection of art and technology.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or motion graphics (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects).
- Prior experience leading or building an AI-focused creative team.
- Familiarity with scripting or basic coding for AI model interaction.
