Vietnam We are looking for a versatile and proactive Operations Executive to lead branch-level business support activities across HR, finance, and media functions. You will play a vital role in driving recruitment efforts (especially campus hiring), overseeing local office operations, and ensuring brand consistency and documentation quality across multiple locations. This role is suitable for candidates with multi-functional experience (2+ years) and a strong interest in regional execution and stakeholder coordination across countries.
Job Brief
**1. HR & Talent Acquisition (40%)**
Plan and execute **onsite recruitment activities** (e.g., university career fairs, info sessions, campus partnerships). Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for branch-level hires: job posting, screening, scheduling, onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with local and regional academic institutions, bootcamps, and training centers. Coordinate probation, offboarding, and performance documentation for employees in collaboration with BSC HR. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws. Support internal HR programs such as onboarding, culture building, and branch-level engagement events. Work directly with Recruitment Operations Team.
**2. Finance & Branch Administration (35%)**
Track and submit payment and reimbursement requests; monitor local budgets and expenditures. Collaborate with the BSC Finance Team for payroll coordination, reporting, and compliance documentation. Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations: office maintenance, vendor coordination, supply management. Support property/rental oversight, including inventory management and logistics for events or Sync Days. Assist with internal audits and policy adherence related to financial and administrative processes.
**3. Media & Internal Branding Support (25%)**
Capture and organize photos/videos from internal events, campus activities, and day-to-day branch life. Support local employer branding: prepare visuals, captions, ewsletters, and recruitment materials. Coordinate content delivery with the global content and marketing teams for social media and campaign support. Promote branch-level recruitment and employer brand visibility through online and offline channels. Assist in organizing team events, onboarding kits, and branded experiences for new joiners and interns.
**Cross-Border & Strategic Support:**
Collaborate with BSC teams and HQ across countries to ensure **consistent operations and policy alignment**. Provide localized insight on HR/recruitment trends, market conditions, and cultural nuances. Occasionally support short-term operations setup in new regional locations. Translate internal communication and documents between **English** and other local languages if required. Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations, recruitment, finance support, or office administration.
- Tools & Systems:
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Notion, and HR/recruitment systems.
- Canva or similar visual content tools.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and HR processes in your local/assigned region.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills—especially for campus events and partner engagement.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage diverse tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English + one local language.
