Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT product sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and software products and a proven track record of driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high. Your basic R&R includes:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to client needs. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure product positioning aligns with customer expectations. Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Train and mentor junior sales staff or representatives as needed. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, etc).
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed sales decisions.
- Self-starter with a target-driven approach and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent english speaker with sales skills
- Knowledge of product management lifecycle or prior collaboration with product teams.
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members.
- Experience in international sales for SAAS or IT Agency services
