Junior Flutter Developer

We are looking for a technically skilled Junior Flutter Developer who has hands-on experience or academic exposure to Flutter and Dart, and a strong understanding of mobile app development principles. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Job Brief

Assist in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Implement responsive UI based on Figma/Adobe XD designs. Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket services. Work with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. Implement local and remote data storage using SQLite, Shared Preferences, and Firebase. Write unit and widget tests to ensure application stability. Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate with QA for bug fixing and UAT.

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Flutter and Dart fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Flutter widget lifecycle and rendering process
  • Experience with REST API integration using http or Dio
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git (branches, merge, pull requests)
  • Exposure to package management using pubspec.yaml
  • Basic knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
  • Knowledge of debugging tools like Flutter DevTools or Android Studio/VS Code debuggers
  • Awareness of performance optimization (lazy loading, widget rebuild minimization)
  • Understanding of responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes and orientations
  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks like flutter_test, mockito, or integration_test
