As our business scales rapidly, we require a professional with high-level business analysis skills to ensure quality in a high-volume, cash-intensive service handling significant MAU. This role is a stepping stone to transitioning into a Product Manager or Product Owner position. Ideal for those aspiring to found their own company in the future.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product analyzing and software quality assuring
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform application testing, including UAT, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Carry a Quality-first Mindset and Instill a quality-first mindset in your team
  • Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for processes, requirements, and workflows.
  • Define and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Lead product discovery and continuously iterate based on feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Manage product backlogs, ensuring they are well-defined, prioritized, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and drive the implementation of new features and improvements.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business needs.
  • Experience in application testing (functional, UAT) and quality assurance practices.
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting processes and requirements.
  • Basic technical understanding to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Fintech, Crypto and AI is a plus.
